After Hours Policy
If arriving after hours, please advise the Marina Office and Dockmaster of estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance. You will be assigned a slip number and given berthing procedures information. The Dockmaster will be available to assist and security will be notified of your arrival.

FUEL DOCK
The fuel dock station at Village Cay Hotel & Marina is easily accessible and conveniently open for fuel both gas and diesel.
Cash or credit cards accepted.
Personal cheques are not accepted.
There are numerous ATM’s (cash points) located within a 1 minute walk of the fuel dock for your convenience.

Premier Marina Location

Each berth provides up to 308 volt (three phase) of electrical accommodations, water and free Wi-fi! Village Cay Hotel & Marina has withstood all the hurricanes of the past with virtually no damage to boats or docks.

Dockage
A Marina team member will greet the vessel upon arrival with information regarding marina, dockage contract, handle lines to secure the vessel safely.
Marina Dockage Rates and Fees
Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are “Per Foot Per Day” based on the length overall of the vessel.

Refuse should be either placed in the provided containers in the Village lot or to designated areas for dockside pickup.

Dock carts are to remain on Village Cay property at all times.

The fueling of vessels by non-authorized Village Cay venders is strictly forbidden.

Violation of these rules, or the disorderly, indecorous or criminal conduct of any guest that is likely to cause injury, damage or loss of reputation to the Marina, may result in the termination of a vessel’s stay.

Dockage Fees Notes:
- Minimum charge of $60.00 per day for vessels 35ft or less
- Daily – Up to seven nights dockage. Vessels 0-59 feet $10. 00 for 3 hours or less and Vessels 60 feet and up $20.00 for 3 hours or less
- Weekly – Seven or more nights dock (payable in advance)
- Monthly – Thirty nights dockage (payable in advance)
- Long term – At least six months or annual. (When you pay in advance, a 10% discount applies)
- A $5.00 Security Fee will apply to Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal Contracts.
- A S2.00 Administration Fee will apply to Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal Contracts.
- Hurricane Only Plan (18.50 per foot/size) of vessel.
