Rules & Regulations

  1. Vessels may not be berthed or anchored in areas not allocated by Village Cay.
  2. Vessels may not be careened or have bilges discharged in the marina.
  3. All Jetties are to be kept free of obstruction at all times.
  4. Vessels must be kept in good condition. Village Cay reserves the right to inspect, move or secure vessels without notice and to perform emergency repairs at the owners expense when absent.
  5. No advertising or soliciting for business is permitted on any vessel except by prior arrangement with Village Cay.
  6. Children and pets are to be kept under proper control at all times.
  7. Heads or holding tanks are not to be discharged in the water.
  8. No generators are to be run between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. without permission of dockmaster.
  9. Loose halyards are to be secured when at dock.
  10. No fishing, diving, or swimming is permitted in the marina.
  11. Subleasing of jetty space is not permitted in the marina.
  12. Laundry is not to be hung on boats and jetties.
  13. No barbecues or other open flame/fuel appliances are to be used above deck while in the marina.
  14. The speed limit in the harbor is not to exceed 5 knots.
  15. Musical instruments, recordings and radios may be played only at low volume and not above deck.

  1. Refuse should be either placed in the provided containers in the Village lot or to designated areas for dockside pickup.
  2. Dock carts are to remain on Village Cay property at all times.
  3. The fueling of vessels by non-authorized Village Cay venders is strictly forbidden.
  4. Violation of these rules, or the disorderly, indecorous or criminal conduct of any guest that is likely to cause injury, damage or loss of reputation to the Marina, may result in the termination of a vessel’s stay.
